I want to take the time to welcome you to what has become my Vlog! No Sugar Added has become the accompanying miniseries to go hand in hand with Confessions of A Former Fat Girl. It is my take on the world and the things that I experience, a social commentary, and a means of personal accountability. I am extremely proud of it this far. I am currently in season one and will continue filming and editing consistently!
