HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You may place an order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact form on the Contact Us form.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Once payment has been remitted, I will ship items with all haste via USPS. Shipping prices and speeds will affect the quoted shipping amount.
SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once an order is placed, I will provide an invoice to you via paypal or square as both are secured channels through which you may submit payment via credit or debit card. It you choose to pay with a money order or with cash, I will designate your invoice as paid and require your signature to acknowledge receipt of the funds.
Due to the customized nature of products, all work work on non customized items will require a 50% deposit and highly customized items must be paid in full.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the highly customized nature of my work, I do not grant refunds. The materials used are costly and the purchase price for your project will not be refunded for several reasons:
Your item cannot be resold
Materials cannot be reused
